Tips and Tricks

Prep your hair

-Wrap your hair up when it is fully dry.

-You can also wrap your hair up, then us a spray bottle with water to mist your hair if you hair needs help holding curls.

-Try putting a small amount of hair oil on the ends of your dry hair. This helps restore moisture to your hair and helps prevent frizz.

Wrap it up

-After splitting your hair into two even sections, lay the Georgie on top of your head, making sure it's even on both sides. Make sure to lay it more towards the front of your head to help prevent it slipping back at night.

-When wrapping your front sections of hair, wrap them UP and around the Georgie, as opposed around to the side. This will help give your bangs more volume and help keep your Georgie in place.

-When wrapping your hair, make sure to keep your sections nice and tight against your head, it will naturally loosen some throughout the night.

-If you want to keep your hair out of your face at night, try taking the two ends of the Georgie and tie them together behind your head for added comfort.

Take it out

-After I take my Georgies out in the morning, I like to spray them with a dry texture/working texture spray before brushing them out.

-After loosely brushing through my curls, I like to add a small amount of hair oil to my ends to help with frizz and moisture.

-For added volume, I add some dry shampoo to my roots if needed.

-If I want the curls to be extra secure, I will finish them off with a small amount of hairspray.
